Urazaliyeva Ilmira Ravkatovna

Ilmira Ravkatovna Urazalieva was born on September 8, 1981 in the city of Yangier. In 1999 she graduated from the medical college of the city of Almalyk, Tashkent region. From 1999 to 2000, she worked at the Central Hospital of the Sardobinsky district, Syrdarya region as a nurse on duty in the intensive care and anesthesiology department. In 2003 she graduated from the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute, Faculty of Higher Nursing. In 2003-2005, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Marketing and Management in Healthcare at the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 2005-2007, she completed her master’s degree at the Tashkent Medical Academy with a degree in “Public health and healthcare system management.” Since 2007, he has been working as an assistant professor (PhD) at the School of Public Health.

She is currently conducting scientific work on her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Scientific justification for the professional and organizational forms of activity of general practice nurses in family clinics.” She has published 15 scientific articles on this topic, 6 of which have been published abroad. 60 theses have been published at scientific conferences, 32 of which were published in foreign publications.

Teaching experience – 17 years. During her scientific and pedagogical activities, 147 scientific works were published, including 37 abroad. 27 articles were published in prestigious scientific journals of the country. 10 educational and methodological recommendations, 2 textbooks, 4 teaching aids, 1 BSU, 4 DSU and 2 monographs have been published.

Her scientific work includes the development of activities implemented on the basis of an integrated systematic approach in stages, aimed at the proper organization of the work of visiting nurses, the correct and effective use of working time, improving the quality and efficiency of work, as well as increasing professional competence, knowledge and skills.

I.R. Urazalieva is the secretary of the Coordination Council for the direction of “Hygiene and Sanitation, Healthcare Organization” under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She is also a methodologist in the Department of Grant Coordination of the interuniversity research laboratory of TMA.
