Dildora Yuldashevna Ramanova

Ramanova Dildora Yuldashevna is a qualified educator and researcher with many years of professional experience in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to the organization of nursing services, public health, and the improvement of medical education.

From 1999 to 2002, Ramanova D.Yu. studied at the Faculty of Higher Nursing Education of the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute and began her professional career in 2002. She initially worked as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Management in Medicine and later served as an assistant lecturer, steadily developing her pedagogical expertise. As an educator, she actively applies modern educational technologies, develops curricula and electronic learning modules, and participates in methodological activities aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational process. She is distinguished by her responsible, demanding, and fair approach to working with students.

Between 2007 and 2009, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Nursing at the First Republican Medical College. From 2010 to 2012, she completed a Master’s degree in Nursing Organization and Management at the School of Public Health of the Tashkent Medical Academy, further strengthening her academic and professional qualifications. She subsequently worked as a methodologist and lecturer at the Republican Center for Advanced Training and Specialization of Secondary Medical and Pharmaceutical Personnel. In 2016, she was appointed Head of Office at the School of Public Health, and from 2017 served as an assistant lecturer. Since 2020, she has continued her academic career as an assistant at the Department of Advanced Training for Mid-Level Medical Personnel of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, where she developed academic curricula and educational-methodological materials.

According to the decision of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation (Protocol No. 9, dated May 7, 2019), she was recognized as the winner of a scholarship competition under a professional development training program. In 2022, she successfully completed an advanced training course at the Network Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Personnel of the Tashkent Medical Academy, further enhancing her competencies in integrating modern information and communication technologies into the educational process.

Since 2026, Ramanova D.Yu. has been working as an assistant at the School of Public Health of the Tashkent State Medical University. Since 2021, she has also been conducting scientific research as an independent researcher and is currently working on her PhD dissertation. She is the author of more than 30 scientific articles, conference abstracts, and methodological recommendations. Her research focuses on nursing management, occupational stress and burnout syndrome among healthcare professionals, as well as the development of preventive and psychohygienic approaches to address these issues.

Throughout her professional career, she has earned the respect of her colleagues due to her initiative, responsibility, strong organizational skills, and aptitude for scientific analysis. She approaches her duties conscientiously, strictly adheres to professional discipline, and continuously strives to improve her qualifications and professional competence.
